All bonuses and promotions offered by mk99 — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and special promotions — are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that are clearly stated in the terms of each offer. By accepting a bonus, you agree to fulfil the applicable rollover requirements before submitting a withdrawal request.
The rollover requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount received, or the total of the deposit plus bonus, depending on the specific promotion terms. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 15x rollover means you must place bets totalling RM1,500 before withdrawing funds earned from that bonus.
Every bonus has a validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonuses or unmet rollover requirements within the specified period will be automatically forfeited. mk99 will not extend bonus validity periods upon individual request, except under exceptional circumstances as determined by management.

All game outcomes on mk99 are generated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently verified by a recognised third-party certification body. This ensures that every game result is completely random, free from any manipulation, and fair to all players without exception.
All game results recorded by the mk99 server are final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on the user's device and the server records, the server records shall prevail. You may close your MK99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any valid cash balance in your account will be returned to your original payment method once all rollover requirements are met and KYC verification is complete.
If an account is terminated due to a Terms violation, mk99 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and wins obtained through means that breach the rules. For original deposit balances (real money, excluding bonuses), mk99 will return them once the investigation is complete, unless directed otherwise by the relevant authorities.
